ONCALL Group was established in 2010 offering customers a choice of Managed – Remote Monitoring Services with an additional layer of specialised application support over and above the hardware and Operating System services available from general IT resellers in the market.
Since then ONCALL Group has grown to be an IBM Business, specialising in Power Systems Servers, Storage and Softlayer.

John Fearon
John Fearon is a consultant with over 30 years of experience in the IT industry. After starting out looking after IBM Mainframes, John moved on to IBM Mid-range while working for Hoskyns and Cap Gemini in the UK. At Cap Gemini John was a trainer and consultant in Systems Management, from daily Operations to Performance, DR and Security.
After moving to Australia, John spent 13 years at Lawson (now Infor), specialising in sizing, installing and configuring the hardware needed to run M3, Infor’s flagship ERP.
Since 2008 John has been an independent consultant, now trading as ONCALL Group, working closely with clients across Australia, in all industries and sizes of companies.
